Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person driving a BM7 car.

On June 16, 2013, around 10:41, the Defendant driven the said car at approximately KRW 500 meters from the entrance of the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Bking bathing beach to the front of the same North Korean Party, with a blood alcohol content of at least 0.092%.
