Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On July 23, 2012, at around 17:34, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with approximately 2 km B east-do from the front day of the king-dong 931, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu to the front day of the king-dong 931, which was under the influence of alcohol by 0.02% of the blood alcohol content.
