Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 27, 2013, a member of the National Assembly of Korea (hereinafter referred to as the "City/Do National Assembly") that was organized by 209 civil society organizations, such as the Korean Film Association, the Korean Bar Association, the Korean Bar Association, the Korean Democratic Society, and the Korean Federation of Democratic Trade Unions, proposed that the member of the National Assembly systematically participated in the 18th presidential election on June 28, 2013 and the police announced the results of the false investigation. In order to hold a so-called "Korean Fixed Number of Political Parties" assembly, the member of the National Assembly of Korea, and the member of the National Assembly of Korea (hereinafter referred to as the "member of the National Assembly").

Accordingly, around 18:30 on July 6, 2013, the City Assembly held a meeting of the National Assembly member of the Seoul Central Assembly of Korea with approximately 4,500 members of the Seoul Central Assembly in Jung-gu, Seoul Central Assembly held a meeting of the National Assembly member of the Seoul Central Assembly, and the meeting ends on 20:45 on the same day after the opening of the meeting in order of the report and statement of the National Assembly at the time of free speech for the performance of the National Assembly to the society of Seoul Central Council C.

After participating in the above assembly, the Defendant did not dissolve with about 1,00 participants in other assemblies even though the assembly was completed, and since 20:53 of the same day, the Defendant tried to enter the road in front of the Plaser's hotel in the vicinity of the assembly in order to keep the door door, which is an official map in the vicinity of the Plaser's hotel, and attempted to enter the road in order to protect the police. However, police officers prevented it.

Accordingly, the Defendant, along with approximately 1,00 participants in other assemblies from around 20:53 to 21:33 of the same day, moved along the two lanes in front of the hotel of the above flass hotel, and raised relief, such as “duplicating the national quota, peace promotion, and security,” and carried out a boom.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
