A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 27, 2013, the National Assembly of Korea (hereinafter “City Assembly”) asserted that the NIS interventions in the 18th presidential election of June 28, 2013 and the police announced the results of false investigation on the following grounds: on June 27, 2013, 209, 209 civil society organizations composed of 209 civil society organizations, such as the Korean Film Society, the Korean Bar Association for Democratic Society, the attorney-at-law groups, participating groups, and the Korean Civil Labor Group for Democratic Society, etc. (hereinafter “Si Assembly”), the National Assembly of Korea (hereinafter “Si Assembly”) proposed that the NIS systematically participated in the 18th presidential election of June 28, 2013, and that the police convened the so-called “the fixed number of political participation, and the number of national candle of the people

Accordingly, around 18:30 on July 6, 2013, the National Assembly of Korea held a meeting of the National Assembly member of the Seoul Central Assembly with approximately 4,500 members of the Seoul Central Assembly in Jung-gu, Seoul Central Assembly held a meeting of the National Assembly member of the Seoul Central Assembly, and completed the meeting in the order of 20:45 on the same day after the date when the meeting is held in the order of the report and statement of the National Assembly at the time of free speech for the performance of the party E in advance to the society of the Seoul Central Government.

After participating in the above assembly, the Defendant did not dissolve more than 1,00 participants in other assemblies even though the assembly has been completed, and since 20:53 on the same day, the Defendant tried to enter the road in front of the Plaser hotel in the vicinity of the assembly in order to be a small line, such as Brogin-ro, Brogin-gu National Human Rights Rights Authority, and attempted to enter the road in the order of protection, but the police officers installed a wall and block it.

Accordingly, the Defendant, along with approximately 1,00 participants in other assemblies from around 20:53 to 21:33 of the same day, moved along the two lanes in front of the hotel of the above flass hotel, and raised relief, such as “duplicating the national quota, peace promotion, and security,” and carried out a boom.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with approximately 1,00 participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.

2. On December 28, 2013, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport established, around April 3, 2013, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport established the Suwon KTX, thereby introducing a competition system with the Seoul CTX.
