Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 27, 2013, 2013, 209 civil society organizations such as the Korean Film Association, the Korean Bar Association, the Korean Bar Association, the Korean Democratic Society, and the Korean Federation of Democratic Trade Unions, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the "City/Do National Assembly") argued that the National Assembly was organized by the NIS and the police announced the results of false investigation on June 18, 2013, and that the National Assembly was to hold a national assembly every week beginning with "the National Assembly of Korea, the National Assembly of Korea, the National Assembly of Korea, and the Korean Federation of Democratic Trade Unions."

Accordingly, around 18:30 on July 6, 2013, the City Assembly held a meeting of about 4,500 National Assembly members (including about 550 persons, 2,000 persons, 2,000 persons, and NAN 1,300/labor-based 200/ large 200/high 400/high 50 of students) at the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government public forum located in Jung-gu, Seoul, and completed the meeting in the order of 20:45 on the same day.

After participating in the above assembly, the Defendant did not dissolve more than 1,00 participants in other assemblies even though the assembly has been completed, and since 20:53 on the same day, the Defendant attempted to enter the road in front of the Liber hotel, which is located in the vicinity of the meeting, in the order of protection, such as Brogin-ro, Brogin-gu National Human Rights Rights Authority, and attempted to enter the road in the order. However, police officers installed a subordinate wall and prevented it.

Accordingly, the Defendant, together with approximately 1,00 participants in other assemblies from around 20:53 to about 21:33 of the same day, occupied the lane prior to the 8th line in front of the above offline hotel for about 40 minutes, and suggested relief such as “the national seating capacity is dismantled, peace promotion, and security of peace.”

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with approximately 1,00 participants in other assemblies and interfered with the traffic on land.
