Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 27, 2013, 2013, the National Assembly of Korea (hereinafter referred to as the "City/Do Assembly") argued on June 18, 2013 that the National Intelligence Service systematically participated in the 18th presidential election and the police announced the results of the false investigation on the 201st presidential election, which was organized by 209 civil society organizations, such as the Korean Film Society, the Korean Bar Association, the participating and solidarity, the Korean Democratic Union Federation, and the Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the "National Assembly"), the National Assembly of Korea (hereinafter referred to as the "National Assembly") tried to hold a national assembly every week, beginning with the "National Assembly of Korea's Fixed Number of Political Parties," which was organized by 209 civil society organizations.

Accordingly, around 18:30 on July 6, 2013, the City Assembly held a meeting of about 4,500 National Assembly members (including about 550 persons, 2,000 persons, 2,000 persons, and NAN 1,300/labor-based 200/ large school students 400/high school students) at the Seoul plaza located in Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and completed the meeting on July 6, 2013 in order of the report of the National Assembly at the time of speaking free speech for the performance of the National Assembly, and the meeting on July 6, 2013 was held at around 20:45.

After participating in the above assembly, the Defendant did not dissolve in spite of the completion of the assembly with about 1,00 participants in other assemblies, and tried to enter the road front of the hotel of the Frarara in the vicinity from July 6, 2013 in order to open the road in the vicinity of the meeting in order to protect the air, such as the Jrain-gu National Human Rights Rights Council of the Republic of Korea, but police officers installed a wall and block it.

Accordingly, the Defendant, along with approximately 1,00 participants in other assemblies from around 20:53 on July 6, 2013 to around 21:3, 201: (a) opened a bridge prior to the 8th line in front of the hotel of Frara for about 40 minutes; and (b) held a safeguard demonstration, such as “drawing the national quota and guaranteeing peace and happiness.”

Accordingly, the defendant is in collusion with about 1,00 participants in other assemblies to transport on land.
