A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At around 23:00 on July 16, 2014, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by avoiding disturbance between about 20 minutes, including: (a) the victim referred to as “intakeing alcohol” to the E-cafeteria operated by the victim D, the victim of the first floor; (b) the victim voluntarily voluntarily withdrawn from alcohol; and (c) the victim took a breath of the glass door, thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by force.
2. On September 1, 2014, at around 23:10 on September 1, 2014, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force, and interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force, such as: (a) a defect that the victim ordered alcohol to the victim; (b) a defect that it returned to the house because the victim was drunk; (c) a defect that the victim sent back to the house; (d) a water bat in the place where the water bat is cut off; and (e) a 20 minutes of the disturbance, such as the batch, collapse, and the batch bat.
3. The Defendant assaulted the victim’s face on one hand upon reporting the victim D to the police at the time and place specified in paragraph 2.
4. On September 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the entrance of the Jinju Police Station located in Jinju-dong in Jinju-si, Jin-si, the Defendant: (b) at the entrance of the Jinju-si Police Station, arrested a flagrant offender committing the crime set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the above Article, “I do not have any crime; (c) write why I would like to write? Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of reported cases.
5. 협박 피고인은 2014. 9. 2. 17:00경 제1항 기재 피해자 D가 운영하는 E식당에서, 진주경찰서에서 석방된 후 피해자가 경찰서에 신고하였다는 이유로, 주먹을 쥐고 피해자를 때릴 듯이 위협하면서 "씹발 죽이삔다, 지금 내가 당신에게 한 일은 아무것도 아니다, 앞으로 조심해라!" 라고 말하면서 피해자를 협박하였다.
