A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, at around 21:30 on September 13, 2016, was drunkly driven on the road in front of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, for the obstruction of performance of official duties of the performance of official duties against B, and the police officer B, who was a police officer at the police box of the Seoul Young Military Police Station D, sent to the site after receiving a report of 112 that a male takes place in India, expressed that he “I am the police officer,” who was a police officer at the police station of the Seoul Young Military Police Station D, “I amb amb.,” and tried to take one time the chest part of the above B, which was the chest part of the Defendant’s face.

2. E, F에 대한 공무집행방해 피고인은 같은 날 21:56경 서울 영등포구 G에 있는 영등포경찰서 D파출소 내에서 위와 같이 경찰공무원 B의 공무집행을 방해한 사실로 현행범인 체포되어 인치된 다음 당시 위 D파출소에서 근무하던 위 D파출소 소속 경찰관인 순경 E이 금속 스캐너를 사용하여 흉기 소지 여부를 확인하고, 순경 F이 현행범인 체포 과정에서 피고인의 얼굴에 난 상처를 확인하려고 하자 갑자기 오른발로 위 E의 왼쪽 허벅지 부위를 1회 걷어차고, 오른발로 위 F의 오른손목 부위를 1회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted police officers E and F, thereby hindering police officers from performing their legitimate duties in relation to the protection of their lives, bodies, and property, prevention of crimes, suppression, and investigation.
