A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 4, 2019, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties against police officers B and C, around 01:45, on the road in front of the E store located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, who received 112 reports and received questions from B of the police box affiliated with the police box of the Suwon-nam Police Station, who called for “a woman was assaulted by South Korea” was set up in the lane of the police officer B, who was asked questions to find the case, and carried the Defendant into India by hand.

On February 4, 2019, at around 01:56, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties by police officers G, H, and I: (a) at the Suwon-nam Police Station Fack Police Station in Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si; (b) in order to prepare a written statement, the police officer assigned to the said police box two times in order for the Defendant to cover the locks on his/her hand; (c) the police officer assigned to the said police box and the Habbbbbbbbs; (d) the police officer assigned to the said police box and the Ha himself/herself were bucked with the right buck of H; and (e) the I’s buckbucks continued to paw.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the management of a new flagrant offender.

3. 경찰공무원 K에 대한 공무집행방해 피고인은 위 제1항 기재와 같은 장소에서 02:04경 수원남부경찰서 F파출소 소속 순경 K이 자신의 다리에 외투를 덮어주려 하자, 오른발로 K의 아랫배를 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the management of a new flagrant offender.

4. The Defendant’s injury to police officers L and obstruction of the performance of official duties is on February 4, 2019, at around 03:45, the head of Si/Gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 52.
