On May 13, 2013, at around 09:08, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim on the street in front of the company where the victim D was in office in Nam-gu Busan Metropolitan City, stating that “The victim, who was neighboring persons and the employees of the company, “I am hicker? I am hick?? I am hick??? I am hick?? I am? I am.”
