Punishment of the crime

At around 23:40 on November 15, 2014, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim C with a Simb, which was a road in front of Mapo-gu Seoul, Seoul, by referring the Defendant “patch” to the said C, i.e., whether he is a pet or not, and schip”.
