A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

From May 1, 2013 to March 2, 2015, the Defendant served as a C agent located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

1. On September 4, 2014, the Defendant forged a private document: “LG-G3” and “DY in the customer name column” and “Handphone number column” written as “DJ on September 4, 2014” and signed in the applicant column, stating as “DY” and “DY” written in the applicant column.

The Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged a letter of “application for change of Soleh Moble service” in the name of DY, a private document on rights and obligations, and forged a “application for change of Soleh Moble service” or “application for change of Soleh Moble service” through the same method 11 times from around that time to February 13, 2015, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and place as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1, exercised the “written application for change of Maleh Gmba service” in the same manner 11 times as indicated in the attached list of crimes, including the use of the forged “written application for change of Maleh Gmba service” by facsimile as if the document was duly formed to the employee in charge of the opening room of the mobile phone, who is aware of the forgery.

3. The Defendant, through the above method, deceivings employees in charge of opening the cell phone in the case (state) case, which is the victim company, and thereby, acquired a total sum of 9,561,200 won from the employees in charge, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form 11.
