When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 22, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.053% of blood alcohol concentration at around 20:34, the Defendant driven BMW car at the section of approximately 1.5 km from the 302-ro king beach, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, to the front side of the Northwest-ro 16-5 Northwest-do.
