Punishment of the crime

1. 2. The Defendant who attempted to commit fraud using a computer, etc. using a J site from November 28, 2012 to December 29, 2012, had 6,019,200 won in total by entering information about 630 cell phone numbers, resident registration numbers, subscription communications companies, etc., such as the victim L, etc., which had been obtained in advance from the Internet J site’s settlement of charges, into the Internet J site’s settlement of charges, and allowing the settlement of 9,90 won in a way that automatically pays 9,00 won per month. However, the Defendant became aware that there was a problem in the approval of payment.
