Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 9, 2010, the Defendant was released on August 14, 2012 from the Seoul Southern District Court for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, which was sentenced to imprisonment for a maximum of one year and four months and ten months in a short term, and on September 30, 2012, the parole period was terminated on September 30, 2012.

1. Fraudulent attempted use of computers, etc. and fraud by use of computers, etc.;

A. On April 15, 2013, at around 17:56, the Defendant attempted to commit fraud by using computers, etc., entered the computers connected to the victim LB Plus Computer website Co., Ltd. in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, as if he paid KRW 892,230 to the Defendant’s cell phone-based computerized site without authority, but the payment was revoked by the wind set at the sales store, which settled a day.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to acquire economic benefits by inputting information without authority into computer or other information processing device, and making it processed, but failed to do so.

B. Around May 2, 2013: (a) around 13:31 on May 2, 2013, the Defendant was using computers, etc.; (b) KRW 2-C in front of modern department stores located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government

After having access to the stolen victim D's smartphones (www.gmet.co.kr), it purchased infant goods and entered the victim's smartphone number and authentication number without authority to obtain approval of KRW 198,000 from the victim's smartphones.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property benefits by inputting information without authority into a computer or any other information processing device.

Until the same day, the Defendant acquired a total of 389,300 won in the same way as the list of crimes in attached Form 14:56.

2. Larceny;

A. On April 21, 2013, the Defendant, at around 15:50 on April 21, 2013, included the gap in which the surveillance of the victim E, who is a volunteer staff, was neglected.
