Punishment of the crime

【The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence for four months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon on February 17, 2016, and on August 25, 2016, the same court was sentenced to a suspended sentence for one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. and on September 2, 2016, which became final and conclusive on September 2, 2016, and the sentence of the suspended sentence became final and conclusive on September 3, 2017, and the execution of each of the above sentence was completed at the Daegu Prison on July 3, 2017 and the other same criminal records were added to six times.

[Criminal Facts]

1. On August 17, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night, on August 17, 2017, (i) opened a back door to the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, which was operated by the victim D, around August 17, 2017; and (ii) intruded into the back door, which was not corrected; and (iii) did not find any object to be stolen, but did not receive any object to be stolen.

2. On August 28, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny structures at night, on August 28, 2017, (i) opened a kitchen window operated by the victim G in Kimcheon-siF around August 28, 2017, and did not correct it in a 'H’ restaurant operated by the victim G in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, and (ii) did not find any object to be stolen at the safe of the accounting unit, but did not receive any object to be stolen.

3. On August 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at night, on August 29, 2017, the Defendant for larceny of a structure; (b) around August 29, 2017: (c) around 21:30 on August 29, 2017: (d) up to KRW 10,000 in cash, which is the victim’s possession of the wall, by opening and intrusion into the door door that was not corrected by Justice of the victim in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si; and

4. On August 31, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny of a structure at night, and the Defendant did not commit an attempted crime, following the intrusion on a structure at night on August 31, 2017 at around 21:30, around 21:30, and not corrected at the place specified in paragraph (2).

5. On September 3, 2017, the Defendant was parked in front of Kimcheon-si, around 12:00 on September 3, 2017.
