Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On July 8, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for night structure intrusion larceny in the Cheongju District Court’s Chungcheong Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Cheongju Prison on October 7, 2017.

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;
A. On December 24, 2017, at around 02:16, the Defendant: (a) opened a window that was not corrected in the E-pented penthouse operated by the Victim D in Namwon-si, Namwon-si; and (b) used the fingers, etc. that were invaded and carried inside, and stolen the Victim’s cash owned by the Defendant with KRW 2.60,000,000, which was kept in the Kashter’s safe.
B. On December 24, 2017, at around 02:51, the Defendant: (a) opened a cafeteria, which was not corrected at the H cafeteria, operated by the victim G in Namwon-si, and intrudes into the cafeteria; and (b) removed the cash amount of KRW 200,000,000 in the possession of the victim who was kept in the Kacter’s safe.
In addition, it was stolen.
2. On January 10, 2018, the Defendant infringed on a structure: (a) around 21:11, the Defendant opened a window that is not corrected at the place without permission and entered into the house managed by the Victim J in Nam-si; (b) around 21:1, the Defendant:3, on January 11, 2018; (c) opened a door, which was parked in the victim LA located in K in Nam-si, Namwon-si; and (d) opened a door, which was not corrected for M 3-car car owned by the victim and parked in the victim LA located in K.
The body colored, but failed to discover stolen objects, which led to attempted crimes.

1. On November 5, 2017, around 02:35, the Defendant: (a) opened a “P” restaurant operated by the victim’sO located N in Chungcheongnam-si; and (b) invaded into such restaurant; and (c) stolen cash worth worth KRW 125,00,000, which was kept in the Kabter’s safe.
2. On December 22, 2017, the Defendant came to operate a “S” coffee shop in Q at the Chungcheong City around December 22, 2017, and the entrance is removed from the entrance door and the body is sealed.
