The defendant is a person who drives B automobiles.

On October 16, 2014, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.058% on blood alcohol level around 23:10, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at a section of approximately 1.5 km to the front road of the Green City, which is located in the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Standing District, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, for the laveju basin.
