Punishment of the crime

On May 20, 2015, at around 03:08, the Defendant driven a BM3 car from approximately 500 meters to the front road of the regular school located in the Seo-gu Pyeongdong Standing District, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, in a state of alcohol of 0.072% of blood alcohol level.
