Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2, 2007, the defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of 700,000 won for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on October 2, 2007, and was sentenced to the suspension of indictment at the Gwangju District Prosecutors' Office on October 29, 201 for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).

On February 17, 2015, at around 04:00, the Defendant driven the light height located in the Masan-dong in Gwangju Mine-gu on the front side of the National Sports Center parking lot for the National Sports Center at approximately 3 km from the front side of the corporate bank located in the Gwangju Mine-dong.
