Punishment of the crime

The defendant is driving a B-Epurt-Wurt-Wurt-Wurn vehicle.

On March 24, 2015, at around 23:50, the Defendant driven the said car at a section of about 1 km to the traffic information in front of the same Guero cafeteria located in the Yansan-dong of Gwangju, in the state of alcohol of 0.066% of blood alcohol concentration.
