Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the C market security guard in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

On September 17, 2013, at around 20:25, the Defendant: (a) took a bath with victims E (ma, South and 56 years of age), etc. (i) who had a good reputation before the C market D Poet in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (ii) took the back part of the part of the victim E by arms on the ground that other victims F (E, South and 52 years of age) was fling and drinking his own arms; (b) continuously humping the part of the victim E with both descendants to the victim E for about 14 days on the ground that the latter part of the part requiring medical treatment for about 14 days, and (c) caused the victim F to damage to the character of the part requiring medical treatment for about 14 days.
