Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 14:00 on July 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) provided the victim D who had a good reputation with the victim’s 2nd floor 65 and 71 in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul; (b) provided the victim’s face, chest, chest, etc. with his/her finger, and (c) provided the victim with his/her chest, with his/her finger hand, with the victim’s left eye and her chest part with approximately 14 days of treatment.
