A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 11, 2014, at around 02:04, the Defendant driven a B-to-purd vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of about 10k from the section of about 10k up to the front road of the SK station located in the Dondong, Jin-si, Jin-si, Seoul, to the front road of the Dondong.
