A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 19, 2014, at around 22:59, the Defendant driven the B-co truck with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.176% (blood collection result) in the 1km section from the front of the restaurant in the Yannam-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the front of the restaurant 10 Mail-ro Do, the same Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom.
