A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 18, 2014, at around 01:40, the Defendant driven B Atop car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.115% in a 1km section from the French-si (Seoul Metropolitan City) to the front road of Taesung Gi-dong in the Gu-si (Gu-si).
