A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 16, 2014, at around 00:26, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle of 1.5 km from the front of the new market in the Sinsi-dong in the Gunsi-si to the front of the happy restaurant in the Gunsi-dong from around 1.5 km without a driver’s license.
