Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A’s sole criminal act committed primarily on the Internet hosting site where sexual traffic between South and North Korea takes place, leading the male to have a physical contact or sexual relationship by drinking alcohol through “E” or “F”, which is an Internet hosting site where sexual traffic takes place, and reported it to sexual assault and received a mutual agreement.

A. On April 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00 on the Internet hosting site “E” in the Internet hosting site “E” means G, such as G that came to know at the holding room, for drinking alcohol and then drinking alcohol; and (b) around April 27, 2015, around 203:30 on April 27, 2015, the following day, for talking with G as Hel502 located in Busan East-dong-gu, Busan; (c) sent G a half of the bar that he/she was in possession; and (d) asked G to find tobacco at his/her own home; and (d) cause G to look back the Defendant’s bank.

As a result, the defendant reported false facts with the aim of having the above G subject to criminal punishment.

B. Around 11:50 on April 30, 2015, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “I drink with I who was aware of it through the Internet hosting site at a house around April 29, 2015,” and I am raped with I, at the Busan East Police Station’s Women’s and Women’s Protection Center office.”

However, the facts are as follows: (a) the Defendant made a meeting breathing “breath” in E; (b) made the breathing of the meeting; and (c) made the I drink together with the breathing and drinking together; and (d) made the Defendant breathing out of the meeting at the request of I.
