Punishment of the crime

At around 12:00 on March 18, 2012, the Defendant offered 2.5 million won a check to H by requesting the nurse of the above veterinary hospital to transfer the money borrowed from the victim G of the above veterinary hospital instead of the money borrowed from the victim G of the above veterinary hospital, and H stored this in his/her own bank, while H kept the said bank in his/her bank at around 13:00 on the same day, H kept the said bank in his/her bank in his/her own bank, she stolen the said bank’s cresh and 2.5 million won a check located in the above bank.

2. The Defendant brought about the loss of the check indicated in the above paragraph 1 by the president G or nurse of the above veterinary hospital.
