A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours against the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a verbal repair shop in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “D,” and on April 2016, when a victim E (n, 40 years of age) finds it as a wharf and drinks, and becomes aware of each other, and thereafter, he/she has been drinking one to two times in each month.

1. On June 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around June 15, 2018, around 23:27, at the oral repair shop, 2018, she had the victim drinked to drink with the victim so that the victim can take a dynamic image of a smartphone owned by the Defendant while under the influence of alcohol; (b) took the form of the victim; (c) taken off the victim’s load; (d) inserted the victim’s sound with his/her hand; and (e) inserted the Defendant’s sexual organ into the victim’s entrance continuously.

2. On July 2, 2018, around July 2, 2018, the Defendant, at the above oral repair shop around July 21, 2018, 2018, performed drinking with the victim, and the victim took the form of the victim in such a manner as stated above, and continued to eliminate all the parts of the victim, add the Defendant’s sexual organ into the part of the victim’s sound, and put the Defendant’s sexual organ into the part of the victim’s sexual organ into the part of the victim’s sexual organ.

4. On August 4, 2018, the Defendant, at around 20:51 on August 4, 2018, 2018, took the form of the victim in a manner that the victim diversed with the victim, while drinking together with the victim at the oral repair shop around 20:51.
