A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

400,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal history] On July 7, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Busan District Court on July 7, 2016 and completed the execution of the said sentence on August 24, 2017.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is not a narcotics handler

1. On January 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) connected the Defendant’s Lane 107-Dong 406, Changwon-si, Changwon-si C Apartment-si, and (b) linked the Defendant’s “E” to the “D”; and (c) drafted and posted a letter with the title “F,” stating that the Defendant sells mecloids (i.e., one philopphone; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”); (d) sent a photograph containing one-time philopon to an unspecified number of people who reported and contacted, and (e) intended to sell philop, such as sending a photograph containing one-time philopon on the website’s bulletin.

Accordingly, the defendant widely known or presented information on the trading of philophones to others.

2. Receipt of Handphones;

A. On February 12, 2018, the Defendant received philophones from Changwon-si, Changwon-si C apartment 107 Dong 406, and H 0.2g of philophones packed in paper from H without compensation.

B. On February 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) accepted approximately 0.07ggg of philopon, among philopons received, as described in paragraph (a), from J-dol in Busan Dong-gu; and (b) received KR free of charge, using approximately 0.07gg of philopons received, as described in paragraph (2).

On February 24, 2018, the Defendant received 0.03g from Mour 603, the name of which is located in the Dong-gu Busan, Busan, by inserting 0.03g, from among the penphones received as described in paragraph 2, the Defendant received Mophones without compensation to K.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. On February 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 15, 2018, at the guest room on the fourth floor of Jdour in Busan East-gu I; (b) 0.03g of phiphonephones received as described in paragraph (a).
