A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

982,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On March 22, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime under the Narcotics Control Act at the District Court on March 22, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence at a permanent prison on September 1, 2016.

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a handler of narcotics, the Defendant handled Mepter (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) who is a local mental medicine as follows.

1. Receipt of Handphones;

A. On July 2017, the Defendant received 14:00 early July 2017, 2017 a philopon (0.03g) with a philopon (0.03g) included in a single-use c hospital located in the front of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu Hospital B, Incheon, and received a philopon.

B. On October 4, 2017, the Defendant, around October 4, 2017, administered philophones by inserting 0.03g of philophones, dilutiond with water from G Inn's H head toilet toilets located in Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul, at around 4.01:0 on October 4, 2017, and administering philophones.

On October 12, 2017, the Defendant, at around 22:00 on October 12, 2017, administered a philopon by inserting 0.03g of a philopon into a single-use injection instrument, which was dilution with water at the Jel K guesthouse located in Seoul Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, and administering a philopon.

The defendant of "2018 Highest 358" is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On August 2017, the Defendant purchased philophones in the order of August 2017, the Defendant gave 400,000 won in cash to D(49 years of age) sales books at the street in front of the Incheon C Hospital between around 13:00 to 15:00, and philophones.
