Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Receipt of Handphones;

A. On October 5, 2015, around 19:00, the Defendant received approximately 0.3 g of Mesofts (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), a local mental medicine, from D, and received a delivery of approximately 0.3 g of Melopon, which is a local mental medicine.

B. On November 2, 2015, around 19:00, the Defendant received approximately 21.87 ghon from D and received the trade name in Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, with no knowledge of the trade name.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. At around 09:00 on October 8, 2015, the Defendant, at a guest room where it is not possible to know the heading of the Fel E located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant, as stated in paragraph 1(a), dilutiond with a disposable injection machine consisting of approximately 0.015g of the philophones delivered as specified in paragraph 1(a), and continued to be injected with G’s arms blood, and administered the same quantity of phiphones in the same way.

B. At around 15:00 on October 8, 2015, the Defendant, at a guest room where the heading of the above Furine could not be known, dilutiond by mixing the products with the number of products in a single-use injection instrument for which delivery was made 0.03g, as set forth in paragraph 1(a), and then injected them into the G-sale blood transfusion.

On October 8, 2015, at around 22:00, the Defendant diversed the 203 heading room of the Fel, as the first paragraph (a) of this Article, with a multiple-use injection instrument consisting of approximately 0.06g philopon 0.06g, and administered the divers, and then injected it into G divers.

At around 09:00 on October 8, 2015, the Defendant, at a guest room where it is difficult to know the heading of the above Fel, dilutiond with approximately 0.06g of philophonephones delivered as 1’s paragraph (a), and administered them by mixing them with drinking water at a single-use injection machine, which is delivered as 0.06g of 1, and administered them.

E. On October 8, 2015, at a guest room where around 15:00, the Defendant, at around 15:00, does not know the heading of the above Furine, mixed with approximately 0.06g of philophones delivered like 1’s (A) mixed with water generated in a single-use injection machine.
