A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On July 24, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for the obstruction of performance of official duties at the Busan District Court on April 17, 2020, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Busan Correctional Institution.
[200 Godan1963] On May 15, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 13:28, 2020, around the street store operated by the Defendant in the vicinity of the “C-public parking lot” located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, the victim D (manam, 52 years old) known to the Defendant, and talks with others who drinking at that place; (b) without any justifiable reason, the victim’s face is over one time by left hand; and (c) left the above place. At around 13:34 on the same day, the victim who was seated in the above place after being pushed back to the above place after being pushed, and the victim’s face and body part were tight, and thus, the victim’s right side part was damaged by the treatment days, such as the victim’s walking and drinking.

1. Interference with business;
A. Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's coffee sales business by force.
B. On May 1, 2020, around 14:50 on May 1, 2020, the Defendant: (a) 3,000 won was asked to the victim on the coffee store operated by the victim H (n, 75 years of age) in front of the Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan; and (b) on the ground that the victim refused to do so, the Defendant was able to avoid a disturbance for about 20 minutes, such as taking the victim’s bath to customers on the coffee store, taking the bath to the victim; and (c) taking a large sound to the customers on the coffee store.
Accordingly, the defendant, by force, sells coffee to the victim.
