Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 04:00 on July 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed a disturbance in the C District, a government office located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; (b) and (c) committed a disturbance, such as “the police officer assaulted around the earth;” and (d) subsequently, the Defendant expressed the victim G with the view that the police officers of the said District want to restrain the disturbance, including the defect of the police officers, the civil petitioner D, E, and police officers, such as the police officers, etc., “Chopia,” “A” ring the disturbance.
Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.
2. Violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act;
A. A. On July 22, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 03:45 on July 22, 2016, and from around 03:00 to 04:00 on July 22, 2016, the Defendant took alcohol in the foregoing place; (b) “A police officer assaulted a police officer before the earth;” and (c) carried out a disturbance for about 15 minutes, such as “Chof A,” and “A police officer who was on night duty at the time.”
As a result, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, forced or scamed by very rough words and conducts within the C Zone, which is a government office.
B. On July 26, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime under paragraphs (1) and (2) by entering the aforementioned place from around 00:50 on July 26, 2016 to around 01:10 on the same day and entering the same place under the influence of alcohol.
