1. Defendant A
A. At night, at around 01:00 on December 6, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stolen at night a building with one charge for “BOSCH” in an amount equivalent to KRW 400,000 in the market price owned by the victim D, which was kept in custody, from entering the remodeling site located in Jeju-si; and (b) one for charging factoring in the “MAITA” amounting to KRW 350,000 in the market price; and (c) one for charging metal cutting machines amounting to KRW 60,000 in the market price.
B. Around 02:23 on January 15, 2020, the Defendant: (a) loaded a Gpoter car parked in the E Apartment Fdong parking lot at Jeju, and subsequently stolen the property worth KRW 2,610,000, total market price of KRW 2,610,000, in total seven times, as shown in the attached crime list 1, with a view to having a tool to “BOSCH”, the market price of the victim H owned was 400,000,000.
2. At around 05:50 on March 6, 2020, Defendant B acquired stolen goods from the above A five times from the victim J, knowing that the victim J, who was stolen from A in front of the I apartment house at Jeju, was the female flusium, 620,00 won of the market price of the victim J, which was the victim J, and that the Defendant purchased the stolen goods from the above A more than five times, as shown in the attached list 2 of the crimes committed.
