A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

1. On March 11, 2020, at around 00:35, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the warehouse managed by the victim C by cutting lockeds using cutting machines on the ground of the underground floor of the apartment construction site in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; and (b) took 7 tools, including a 3.95 million won amount of market price owned by the victim, which was kept in custody.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by destroying the door at night and impairing the structure.

2. At night, at around 01:39 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) fell under the victim D and E on the first floor underground floor in the construction site as indicated in paragraph (1) of the same Article; (b) went into the warehouse by returning the password of the locked which was corrected; (c) exposing the locked part of the locked; (d) exposing the locked part; and (c) intrusion into the warehouse by making it difficult; and (d) cutting off the locked part into the warehouse; (d) four tools, such as the victim D’s market price at a level equivalent to KRW 2.9 million; and (d) three tools, such as the 1.1 million market price owned by the victim E.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property by impairing the victim's structure at night.
