A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months and a fine not exceeding 400,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On November 3, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime at around 02:00 on November 3, 2017, on the street in front of “D” located in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, on November 3, 2017, opened a door that was parked there was no correction of the Fpoter freight of the victim E, who was parked in the door, and cut off with a tool that contains one thring of the number equivalent to KRW 3.50,00,000 at the market price of the victim located in the said cargo vehicle.

2. On November 5, 2017, the Defendant cut off the locks installed at the new wall Kimcheon-si N using a locked machine in advance, and cut off with a tools equivalent to KRW 1,00,000,000 in the market price of the victim P, one hard (bsp), one hard (bsp), one short of KRW 40,000,000 in the market price, and one small-scale (1,000,000,000,000 won in the market price).

3. On November 11, 2017, the Defendant, who received special larceny, was in possession of the locks installed at the new walls and the entrance doors of the said warehouse in advance.
