Defendant

A Imprisonment for two years, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for six months, respectively.

However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 22, 2011, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at Busan Correctional Institution on June 24, 2012.

A. On June 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) intruded at the construction site of “Fel” located in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-do, on the part of the Defendant, around 01:00, in order to take part in the Plaintiff’s 2nd floor office, in which the victim’s market value is equivalent to KRW 500,000,000,000,000,000,000 won for Samsung G’s 2 mobilephones and one mobile phone, the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 300,000,000,000.

In addition, in the fifth and fifth consecutive floors, the victim H’s market value of 15,000 won and 1 sets of 3,000 won in the market value and 2 diskettess in the amount of 6,000 won in the market value were stolen. Accordingly, the Defendant invaded on the structure managed at night and stolen the property in an amount of 820,000 won in total.

B. At night, the Defendant: (a) fell into the second floor located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan on March 25, 2014; (b) around 03:00 to 04:00 on March 25, 2014; (c) the Defendant: (a) opened a entrance at the entrance of the construction site; (d) opened a entrance at the entrance of the construction site; and (b) intruded into the construction site; and (c) cut off the entrance with one (d) the total market price of 865,000 won owned by the victim at the construction site; and (d) cut off with one (d) the two (d) the key to be filled at the entrance of the construction site; and (e) one (e) the one (e) the five (d) the one (d) the two (d) the victim’s market price at which the building was located.

In addition, from March 25, 2014 to November 11, 2015, the Defendant stolen goods worth approximately KRW 24,668,000 in total over 30 times, as shown in the annexed crime sight table (1) from around March 25, 2014 to around November 1, 2015.

(2) On June 13, 2014, at around 03:00 to 04:00, the Defendant: (a) destroyed a brush with the door door at the first floor located in K of Busan Jin-gu; and (b) invaded into the construction site and stolen the 330,000 won of the market price of the victim L owned by the victim.
