A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Smoking marijuana;

A. On March 2015, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at a female-friendly house of the U.S.-gu Women’s Republic of Korea, California LA3, California LA3, the Defendant: (b) taken a fluor of marijuana tobacco with its name influor C with its fluorial fluor; (c) took a fluor of marijuana tobacco containing the fluor of the name influor C

2. On March 6, 2016, the Defendant, who had the hemp seeds for smoking purposes, was willing to import the hemp seeds from a foreign country to smoke marijuana, connected the Defendant’s smartphone to the hemp sales site (F) by using the Defendant’s smartphones, and settled KRW 144,003 by using the Defendant’s KB national visa (G) in the name of the Defendant.

Since then, the operator of the above marijuana sales site shall take Capital from the UK on March 2016.

The Pacific Aviation (H) sent an international ordinary mail (cargo No. 1) concealed by 23 hemp seeds to the hemp plant seeds, and the said mail arrives at the Incheon International Airport on March 14, 2016.

On March 30, 2016, at around 17:00, the Defendant continued to receive postal items where 23 of the hemp seeds are concealed through post office personnel in front of the Defendant’s office located in the Suwon-siJ.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to smoke 23 marijuana seeds.
