A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall smoke or take in marijuana or its seed coats, or carry marijuana, its seeds, or its seed coats for the purpose of smoking or smoking.
