A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From the end of October 201 to June 16:20, 201, the Defendant for marijuana cultivation: (a) from the end of October 201 to the end of Jun. 16, 2014, the Defendant: (b) extracted grass from the front side of the trees located down from the Hen-si in the Hen-si Si of Gyeonggi-do, using a seed insertion; (c) made the shape of “A” in a size of approximately six square meters and sprinked water from time to time; and (d) cultivated marijuana and marijuana in which the Defendant cultivated directly cultivated and naturally occurring.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On September 2012, the Defendant: (a) around the end of Gyeonggi-do, at the Defendant’s house mast in Snju-si of Gyeonggi-do, put the mast of marijuana in a brush room; and (b) smoked marijuana in a way of spreading the smoke.

B. On April 2013, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the foregoing manner at the place above.

C. On October 2013, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the above manner at the above place, among the police officers in the middle of October 2013.

3. No person holding the hemp plant shall carry marijuana, the hemp plant seeds, or its seed coats for the purpose of smoking or taking in, or trade or assist in the trade of, the hemp plant seeds or its seed coats.

A. On November 12, 2013, the Defendant was above P.M. A.M. (B).

In his house boiler room, such as paragraph (1), the size of the paper A4 paper was stored in three plastic plastic bags with a size of 400gs for smoking or taking in, and possessed by the hemp and hemp seed.

B. On June 16, 2014, around 15:45, the Defendant kept 2,708g of hemp and hemp plant seeds and 2,708g of the hemp plant seeds in the stike for the purpose of smoking or taking in at the warehouse of his/her house, and the aforementioned stike plastic bags, in which the Defendant kept 2,830g of hemp and hemp plant seeds, respectively.
