A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is in reserve service for the Cr. B of the Cr. Cr. Cr., and the victims are affiliated with the said Cr.

1. Violence;

A. On May 19, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s her son at two times, on the ground that the victim D (one’s son and 21 years of age) was shot up to be sloping at the time of personal maintenance at the living room of the immediately preceding 19:00, in the beginning of May 2018.

B. At the early 21:50 on June 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim D at the living room of the said flag belt “In the end of the loss, the Defendant displayed the right of ditches, and assaulted the said victim’s chest and shoulder three times.

C. At around 13:00 on June 19, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim D, who was withdrawing rest in accordance with the commander’s instructions, on the part of the hospital located in the Seocho-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, at the time of Cheongju, on three occasions without any special reason, on the part of the victim D.

At around 20:50 on June 2018, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim from leaving the body of the said victim on the ground that the victim D was drinking water by drinking water at the bed; (b) prevented the victim from leaving the body; and (c) forced the victim from leaving the body of the said victim; and (d) assaulted the victim by allowing him/her to flow water into the water source when he/she was discharged from the water source.

E. On July 2018, the Defendant, at the early 21:40 on July 2018, 2018, assaulted the victim E (the victim 21 years of age) on drinking, without any special reason.

2. Indecent acts by force of soldiers;

A. On April 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) reported that the victim F (or sick and wounded; 21 years of age) was accumulated in the living room of the said police team; (b) and (c) took the two legs of the said victim as his hand; and (d) committed an indecent act on the victim’s sexual organ by means of breaking it over the victim’s body on the part of the other part of the said victim’s private body.

B. On May 1, 2018, the Defendant reported that the victim D was sicked from the living room in the front malk belt around the first mal. Around May 2018.
