A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant worked in B from around December 21, 2016 to May 7, 2018, and the victim victim victim victim victim C (20) and victim victim victim victim D (20) were those who worked in B as the Defendant’s enlisted soldier.

1. Forced indecent acts such as soldiers;

A. On August 8, 2017, the Defendant’s forced indecent act against the victim D, such as a soldier, etc., completed the Defendant’s 22:00 head of the above B’s living room in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and then forced the victim D to have kis kis in a well-known sense of self-determination, and forced the victim D to kis kis in a way that the victim continued to comply with it, and forced the victim to kis kis on the part of the Defendant in a way that the victim did not respond to it. From around that time to September 2017, the Defendant forced the victim D, who was a soldier, for four times in total, such as the “Crimes List (victim D)” in attached Table 1.

B. On October 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim C, such as a soldier, etc., committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim C at around 22:00, the Defendant forced the victim C, who was a soldier, on eight occasions a total of eight occasions, including the following: (a) 22:00 first and second day of October 201; (b) see, “I am kn't k't k't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't the victim’s hand, and (c)

2. Violence;

A. Around October 2017, the Defendant assaulted the victim, who was a soldier, on the floor of hand, on the ground that the victim D came to the end of the Defendant’s inquiry at the above B-6 living hall around 21:30 on the lower end of October 2017, on the ground that the victim D came to the end of the Defendant’s inquiry.

B. Around November 4, 2017, the Defendant assaulted the Victim C, a soldier, by putting about five times the head of the Victim C, who had worn a bomic hempire in the immediately preceding B’s living room, “if the head is flick and flick in the head, the head is flick.”
