Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2017 Highest 1805"
1. The Defendant is a person who drives CPoter Cargo Vehicles in violation of the Road Traffic Act (unnecessary Measures after Accidents).
On February 5, 2017, at around 20:30, the Defendant proceeded with the 9-4 underground vehicular road, from the beginning of the northwest of the Cheong-si Office, to the office of North Korea.
A person engaged in driving motor vehicles has a duty of care to accurately operate steering and operating the steering gear and to prevent accidents by safely driving the steering right and the right and the right.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to drive the above cargo without obtaining a driver's license, and failed to accurately operate the brake system, and thereby received the above cargo vehicle protection zone adjacent to the underground roadway delivery.
Ultimately, the Defendant got the above protection zone by occupational negligence as seen above, and thereby, destroyed the repair cost to the extent of non-repair, but failed to immediately stop and take necessary measures, and escaped without taking necessary measures.
2. Around 20:30 on February 5, 2017, the Defendant driven a C Poter truck without obtaining a driver’s license from the two-lane 33, Cheongdong-ro, the Eup/Myeon, the Eup/Myeon office of Pyeongtaek-si, to the 9-4, the Eup/Myeon office of Pyeongtaek-si, without obtaining a driver’s license from around 2 km.
On January 21, 2017, the Defendant, “2017 Highest 6329, the Defendant, at around 01:40 on January 21, 2017, requested a payment to the victim F (the age 45) working for the said soup employee, but refused to do so, followed by the victim, and followed the victim’s voice by “the death and death,” and followed up about 40 minutes by making soup to the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with soup business of the victim by force.
