A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2016 Highest 2478] Defendant is a holder of a passenger car B i30.
No person shall operate any motor vehicle on a road, which has not been mandatory insurance.
1. On October 5, 2016, the Defendant operated the said car without mandatory insurance at approximately KRW 3 km from the front of the 781 local history distance to around 3:37 km from Pyeongtaek-si, as the Pyeongtaek-si games around 20:20 on October 5, 2016.
2. On October 31, 2016, at around 05:50, the Defendant operated the said car without mandatory insurance at approximately 2 km section from the vicinity of the agricultural road in Pyeongtaek-dong, Sejong-si to the front road in Pyeongtaek-dong, Sejong-si, Sejong-dong, Seoul-dong, to the front road in front of the business factory.

No owner of any motor vehicle shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.
On November 28, 2016, the Defendant operated the said car without mandatory insurance within approximately 6 kilometers from the front of the fire station in the Eup in the middle of the Gyeonggi-si located in Gyeonggi-do to the front of the shooting distance of the North Korean High School located in the same Si/Eup/Myeon.
