A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a cuss car in D.

On February 25, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 03:45 on February 25, 2017, and continued to drive the road in front of the Switzerland apartment house at Eup/Myeon.
