Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From December 17, 2017 to March 7, 2018, the Defendant, even though the validity of a driver’s license was suspended, was driving a B B-L-type car in the 10km section from the 10km section to the front parking lot of Pyeongtaek-si, the Eup/Myeon Office of Pyeongtaek-si on January 31, 2018.
