A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 25, 2018, at around 03:00, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) placed the Defendant at the main point of “D” operated by the Victim C in Suwon-gu, Busan on November 25, 2018; (b) without any reason, the Defendant was unable to display a stick in possession of the Victim C with a large interest to the effect that, “I am smoking, pacta, sing, singing, and singing, and ambling, if I am funeral, I am ambling from Eee and will not do so; and (c) placed a stick in possession of the victim C with a view to “I ambling, I ambling, I ambling, I am ambling, I ambling, I ambling, and ambling, I ambling the victim C with a view to “I ambling.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim C's main business by force.

2. The Defendant committed an act of obstruction of performance of official duties on the street above the main point of “D” as stated in paragraph (1) above, and reported to the scene by 112, stating that “D” was frighting, and attempted to commit an act of assaulting drinkingly, by threatening another police officer, who is a police officer belonging to the Busan Southern Police Station G District, who called the Busan Southern Police Station G District, who was called to the scene, and was called to the scene, and assaulting the Defendant by plucking the Defendant’s hand, bucking the Defendant’s hand, bucking the Defendant’s hand, bucking the h’s hand, bucking the Defendant’s hand, and assaulting the Defendant after arresting the Defendant on the patrol vehicle due to the crime of interference with business, etc.
