B On August 22, 2014, the Seoul Southern District Court sentenced two years of suspension of execution to six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (Non-licensed Driving) at the Seoul Southern District Court. The said judgment was finalized on August 30, 2014.

1. On August 19, 2014, the Defendants’ co-principaled Defendants followed the victim’s speech that the victim F (25 years of age) did not have any person who was found the Defendants, due to the mistake that the victim F (25 years of age) singing in the “Enode room” located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City. However, Defendant A sing three times the victim’s face by drinking, and Defendant B sing the victim’s throf and sing down by drinking.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly assaulted the victim.

2. 피고인 B 피고인은 2014. 8. 19. 15:00경 위 1.항 기재 장소에서 위 1.항과 같은 경위로 112신고를 받고 출동한 서울관악경찰서 G지구대 소속 순경 H으로부터 현행범인 체포되어 노래방 계단을 올라가던 중, 위 H의 입술 부위를 손바닥으로 1회 치고 바닥에 드러누워, 이에 위 H이 피고인을 일으켜 세우려 하자 “야 씹새끼들아, 수갑 안풀어”라고 욕설을 하면서 오른발로 위 H의 왼쪽 허벅지를 1회 찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the handling of 112 reported cases by police officers and legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of flagrant offenders.

3. 피고인 A 피고인은 2014. 8. 19. 15:05경 서울 관악구 I에 있는 서울관악경찰서 G지구대 앞 노상에서, 위 1.항과 같은 이유로 112신고를 받고 출동한 위 지구대 소속 순경 J로부터 현행범인 체포되어 위 지구대에 도착하게 되자, 위 J에게 “야 이 씹할 새끼야, 개새끼야”라고 욕설을 하면서 발로 위 J의 엉덩이와 허리 부위를 7~8회 찼다.
